'Submit Another' Ticket

Description
Display a 'Submit Another' button that remembers the settings used on the last ticket. This would speed up entry of multiple tickets, that have a similar nature.

The component is/was 'Request-a-Hack'. What did I do wrong? It looks just like ticket:1733 to me.
I'll resubmit it, I just want to get it right.

I set it to Request-a-Hack when I closed it. Just reopen this ticket if RequestaHack was your original intent.

There is a ticket clone feature in 0.11dev, but I think it is restricted to TICKET_ADMINs.
