Display changes under Timeline if the permission allows

setting permissions:

TICKET_VIEW_CC TICKET_VIEW_OWNER TICKET_VIEW_REPORTER TICKET_VIEW_REPORTER_GROUP TICKET_VIEW_SELF TICKET_APPEND TICKET_CHGPROP TICKET_CREATE TICKET_MODIFY TIMELINE_VIEW

allows me to see only the self submitted and the ones submitted by a peer from my group, however I do not see any ticket status changes under timeline unless I give TICKET_VIEW permission, which kills the purpose because, then of course I can see all of them

Is it possible to keep the view restricted but list the limited number of ticket updates under timeline ?

Resolution: → worksforme
Status: new → closed

Should no longer be a problem with the new policy interface.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
