Would like a field for estimated time remaining

Description

For agile projects, it's necessary to have a user editable field for estimated time remaining for a task. I know that this can be easily generated from the values in the existing fields, but it would be nice to have this field in addition to the others.

Sorry for the delay, apparently trac-hacks has stopped emailing me new tickets for this project, so I had not seen anything opened in the last month or so.

This is not really related to this project. If you wish to add this, it is simply a custom trac field. Adding this to all the reports is more difficult, but not undoable. Alternatively, you might consider changing the field title from "Estimated Time" to "Estimated Time Remaining" which should simply involve setting the following field in your trac.ini.

[ticket-custom] estimatedhours.label = Estimated Hours?

If you feel that all of these are unacceptable solutions please detail why and reopen the ticket

Action
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
