Plugin fails when quoted comments are included within a list

Had a wiki entry with numerically listed items Some others added comments on those items using the > formatting character

Our admin installed the plugin an all worked fine except for this one wiki entry.

So it appears the plugin can't parse the mixed list situation.

some clarification:

When a wiki page has the following:

 1. List item
 > comment
 2. List item 
 3. etc.
 > etc.

The following error is displayed:

Failed to activate the wysiwyg editor.

But if the list and comment is entered as:

 1. List item

 > Comment

 2. List item
 3. etc.

 > etc.

No error is thrown and the plug-in works as advertised.

(In [3414]) fixed #2684 - a problem that tracwysiwyg can't parse lists including citations.
