It'd be cool to have a little plugin that lets trac users store bookmarks.

Why would the user not just use del.icio.us? (What advantage of duplicating this functionality in trac provide)?
Why is the TagsPlugin insufficient? (What features are missing and how would they benefit users?)
The answers to these questions might help get a plugin developed.
