Description

It would by nice if the ticket activity could be broken down by ticket type.

Nice idea! Although his is a particular case of #2967 so I'm closing it as duplicate. Thank you!

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain dagomez.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
