RFE: Seperate upload privillege from admin privillege

Description

I'd like my users to be able to upload to the downloads sections, but not to be able to admin it. This could be done by just creatind a seperate DOWNLOAD_UPLOAD permission, and then putting the upload interface in the downloads tab.

Implemented for 0.12 branch with r5599. New permisson is called DOWNLOADS_ADD for consistency.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Radek Bartoň.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
