SLA time tracking

Is it possible to add a feature about SLA time tracking? Configure the estimated time and just subtract the closed time except stopping the timer when the issue is with a custom reason like (waiting for additional information)

Everything is possible, but it doesnt sound like this would be a great fit for this plugin. Partly I dont know what SLA time tracking is, or what that implies and a quick google didnt clear this up.

There have been requests for a timer before, but I feel that this would be better managed as a plugin to T&E or a separate plugin branching its code.

Thanks for the idea, but I probably will not be tackling this one unless you can make a good case for it being a part of this plugin.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
