Sorry,

I am an engineer from Taiwan. I think your plugin is execellent. But I can not download your code from SVN, ZIP. But I can download all other plugins. Can you fix this issue or kindly mail your plugin to me.

If that doesn't work, then either your svn is broken, or you have some networking issue.
