Plugin unusable without install info/ instruction(s)

Greetings, it appears that this could be a handy plugin for Trac. Will there be any documentation accompanying this? Many individuals that use the Trac system installed it because their system installs it for them. While they may know how to execute Python, that does not preclude that they are Python programmers, or proficient with the entire Python command set. Why is there not so much as a one liner providing the command(s) required to install this plugin/ hack? Please help.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christian Boos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
