Update wiki page / documentation

Description

I was wondering quite a while why the worklog recordings have never been transferred to the TimingAndEstimationPlugin - until I read somewhere it must be explicitly configured (the documentation suggested it would be automatically detected). It would be a good idea to update the documentation (as well as the included wiki page) concerning this issue. I felt free to do that, so you find an appropriate patch attached. Feel free to use as-is, or adapt/correct if you want.
