Readme missleading

Description

For the 0.11 branch of this Macro the README file has to be updated. The .py File has to be copied to the projenv/plugins directory, not into the somewhat/wiki-macros directory. This is also documented in ​macros/README

Also applies to the BackLinksMenu README-File.
