Cannot import CSV files that have MacOS end-of-lines

Description
A file exported as CSV from Microsoft Excel 2004 for Mac and choosing "CSV (Comma delimited)" format, can not be imported into Trac: An error occurs at upload: "Unable to read this file, does not seem to be a valid Excel or CSV file.".
This is because the default export format from Excel puts MacOS-type end-of-lines in the file, which can't be read by the CSV library. See an example of such file attached.
There are two possible workarounds:
- in Excel, use "CSV (Windows)" as the format to save as. The file will be importable into Trac
- or, simply, import directly the Excel spreadsheet. This will only work if xlrd has been installed on the Trac machine, however.

I don't think I will have time to fix this. I think it's OK, people should use Excel more (I think :) )
