Doesn't work in entourage on mac or on iPhone

Description

I applied the patches in the way described on ​http://trac-html-notification.alwaysdata.net/patches/.

At first the generated HTML didn't look good in outlook, but by playing with the styles and replacing a lot of elements with div's I managed to make it look pretty nice.

However in the end I couldn't get it to work in entourage on the mac, and on the iPhone. Both email readers (normally perfectly capable of displaying HTML email) show only the HTML source.

The only difference I was able to find between the working HTML emails and the trac-generated emails was that the working emails consist of several multipart/alternative parts where the trac email only contains one text/html version.
