Allow search in repository, not only in attachments

Description

There is a plugin for searching the repository, but it can't handle PDFs etc. It would be nice to integrate the two plugins.

I am hoping to do this, and integrate with the FilenameSearchPlugin as well.

See #6549, #6555, and a forthcoming adoption request for the FilenameSearchPlugin.

I'll probably deprecate the existing plugins eventually in favor of something like SearchExtensionsPlugin.

See also MultiRepoSearchPlugin. What is really needed is improved search capability in Trac rather than another plugin.
