PostgreSQL DB adapter for TracLegos

Description

adapters have been written for SQLite (which is a no-op) and MySQL DB creation via TracLegos. PostgreSQL should also be supported. See source:traclegosscript/anyrelease/traclegos/db.py​

this is done. however, it is arbitrarily hacky as PostgreSQL has a very complicated array of authentication available. I support exactly one: trust authentication. Would be glad to support others if anyone was interested and knew how to automate PostgreSQL database creation
