IBlogPostListener extension point

Description

It would be nice to have an extension point for watching blog postings.

Two uses that spring to mind are for cross-posting to other blogs, and for sending news posts to a mailing list.

TracBlogPlugin is only for 0.10, as noted on the wiki page. Trac 0.10 is dead now. For blog support, see FullBlogPlugin, which works for Trac 0.11 and later.
