Description

Could you please explain the fields and options of this hack, please? I'm trying to use it but I dont understand the concept of "dispatcher". It works fine, but I don't know how to manage email lists, create special options, assign users to the teams...

It would be great if you explain a little bit this wonderful work!

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Alexander von Bremen-Kühne.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
