Dynamic variables support broken

Description

Seems that dynamic variable support has been broken ever since r4088. The code that parses the dynamic variables out of the macro arguments was removed, and never replaced. Now it just seems to expect to get values from dynamic variables from req.args, which doesn't make sense in the case of the macro.
