#5688 new defect
Redirect loop when defining error parameter as a slash separated path
Reported by: | anonymous | Owned by: | dgc |
---|---|---|---|
Priority: | normal | Component: | TracMyPagePlugin |
Severity: | normal | Keywords: | |
Cc: | Trac Release: | 0.11 |
Description
The plug-in works fine for me if I define
error = WarnPrivatePageAccess
However, if I define
error = User/WarnPrivatePageAccess
there is a redirect on an attempt to access a protected page, however we never land on the error page because there is a redirect loop.
This webpage has a redirect loop. The webpage at https://trac.exampl.com/wiki/User/WarnPrivatePageAccess has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
The error was detected with Google Chrome 2.0.172.39 on Windows Vista x64. I have not tried other browsers and OS's.

I'll have to do some additional testing given the comment noted in the recent wiki page edit: http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TracMyPagePlugin?action=diff&version=10
