german umlauts

hello,

we tried to use german umlauts in the testcase xml, but they will be not displayed correct. When we use the CDATA tag nothing will be displayed. my email ronniDOTbjelosevicATumdaschDOTcom

Attached an example testcase. We got the same problem: if we use german umlauts (such as ä, ü, ö), the TestManagementPlugin says the XML-file isn't well formed.

found a workaround

instead of the german umlaut use the entity number of the char (found at ​http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_entities.asp)

example: ü -> Ü NOT Ü
