Hey ben!

First of all I have to know if you are running ubuntu and if you can see the new.js file in the terminal with a "200" code behind it when you browse to the new ticket page. (if you get a "400" code, this is simply fixed by adding the plug-in through the admin-plugins-add new plugin page on your Trac site). If you see nothing about new.js in the Terminal, something went wrong during the installation.

From here on out I've had to deal with the same problem as you have, and came to the conclusion that trac.ini does not work with this plug-in.

A good step would be to add the .js file you got with the plug-in to the templates version of your main trac folder.

After you've done that, you can add data to your .js template, for an example of how I've done this, I'd like you to mail me @ Jeffrey.Hagendijk@…, so I'll be able to send you a configured file.
