Description

1) i neeed the option to set a default value for some fields, without showing the other selectable options.

2) this feature should only run if the user is menber of a special user group

By 1) You mean a disabled field with a default value that isn't standard?

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
