Resolution can not change owner

For my workflow I select resolve as "fixed/invalid". Then the ticket status become closed. But I also want to change the ticket owner into reporter. Current plugin has no such function

Resolution: worksforme

The set_owner_to_reporter operation does exactly that.

My workflow trac.ini is as below: resolve = new,assigned, reopened -> closed resolve.operations = set_resolution resolve.operations = set_owner_to_reporter resolve.permissions = TICKET_MODIFY

Resolve drop-down menu will disappear. I can not choose which resolve types such as: fixed, invalid.... But the resolve owner will be changed reporter. I hope that the resolve types can be kept to allow select and the resolve owner is changed into reporter.

resolve.operations = set_resolution,set_owner_to_reporter
resolve.permissions = TICKET_MODIFY

instead. Does that work for you?

Status: reopenedclosed

It works fine.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as closed The owner will remain Eli Carter.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
