Description
It would be a really nice feature for Trac-Hacks to monitor a list of wiki pages for changes (WatchlistPlugin), and to receive notifications when those pages change (AnnouncerPlugin).

I'd just add that the AnnouncerPlugin is provides integration with the WatchListPlugin, so the feature I described is essentially already available, though I'm not using it yet so I can't say it is stable.

I'm delegating this to trac:#1660, which seems more likely now that Trac has a subscriber-based notification system and a real notification API.

i've been thinking about this for a bit. wouldn't it make most sense to take wiki change info from RSS, keep record of user watchlist, filter RSS accordingly and then have some RSS->e-mail gateway for those not using RSS readers. i do still need to dig into AnnouncerPlugin and see what makes more sense.
