Create setup.py for installing as an egg

Description

I'm fairly new to this, but I think this should have a setup.py so that it can be installed as an egg. I will work on doing that. See also #5974.

Are you actively maintaining this plugin such that a patch would be applied to the repository?

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain gregmac.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
