Include twice problem with TracWikiPrintPlugin

Description

The macro is failing (detecting it's included twice) when converting more than one page to PDF using TracWikiPrintPlugin.

I could make a dirty AddCommentMacro-specific fix, or try a better generic fix (restore req to previous state), but I'd also suggest making the change in AddComment macro to avoid it failing in other situations, when more than one wiki pages are rendered in the same request.
