It is working fine for me on Ubuntu 10.04. The screen capture you show is exactly what I see when I setup a fresh development environment with no tickets yet created.

Without an error log or more information about your install environment, there is not really anything that can be done with this ticket. Please reopen the ticket if you are able to provide more information and collaborate on debugging this issue. I'll be available to help.

Actually, I think that I found a way to reproduce the issue. This plugin uses Adobe Flash, which is not installed on Firefox in Ubuntu on a default installation.

Type about:plugins in the URL box to see if you have flashplayer installed. If not, please try installing from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.

I opened ticket #7538 to try and improve on this behavior.

I can confirm on a new install of Ubuntu it now works.
