small documentation improvements

Hi -- first thanks for making such a fantastic plugin!

I used to use this a lot a couple years ago, and am now coming back to it for a new project. The installation instructions are a little confusing. The section for 0.10 first says that it doesn't work for 0.10, then gives installation instructions. Then, there are no other installation instructions. But it's not entirely clear how to use the 0.10 instructions for 0.11… I guess I could change the url to point to the 0.11 tag… but the directory structures of those two directories are completely different.

So, could you update the documentation to show the instructions more explicitely?

Also, while you're at it, could you make a quick note about python 2.4 compatibility? (or lack thereof).

I have updated the documentation:

• Removed the old 0.10 installation instructions.
• Made clear that to install on 0.11 you simply drop the egg in and enable it.
• Noted that their are no 2.4 eggs simply because I don't have it installed on my machine. I am unsure of the status of 2.4 compatibility, but it shouldn't take much effort to make it so if it is not.
