Plugin adoption for 0.11 and later trac versions

Description

This plugin seems outdated and abandoned. I would take over maintainer-ship and would provide a version for Trac 0.11.

This is a adoption request following AdoptingHacks.

Status: new → closed

No prob with me. I started it when I built my main website with trac and needed Google support. I don't use trac for public websites anymore, and thus don't use it, too.
