#7258 closed enhancement (wontfix)
Link to anchor on wiki page

Description
The current BackLinks? plugin doesn't refer exactly to the wiki line, so if a user hits a link, they must scroll through searching for the link. Could there possibly be an enhanced version made of this which would either highlight the link or go stright to the appropriate heading?
Thank you!

Plugin will be rewritten to use TracBackLinkPlugin. The feature could be requested for that plugin, but I suspect it's not practical until the wiki engine is improved. See also #9505.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
It makes more sense to have this as a feature request for the BackLinksMacro.
I'm not sure what you mean by "highlight the link", but it should be possible to jump to an anchor on a wiki page.
