Create story, create users, viewing list of users is problem

I have installed the trac version 0.11.7 with ittexxo plugin version

0.2.3. It is showing no errors in its installation.

Still i am having some problems with it: The whiteboard is not useable. The problems include

1. not able to create a story
2. not able to create user(s)
3. not able to view a list of users. I turned on the "TracAccountManager 0.2.1dev-r7731" (that is the User account management plugin for Trac), that gave me access to "Accounts" but when I go there it gives the error message that "This password store does not support listing users"
4. the login and logout is not working properly. Click on logout, apparently you are logged out but only two tabs 'new ticket' and 'admin' disappear everything else is still accessible. Click on login and it will log you in without asking for username/password.
