Description
In Safari 5.0 (trac 0.11.7), there is a "blank line" between the "buttons bar" and the "main body" (see the attached file). The links "logout, preferences, etc." are shifted to the left. Same problem in Google Chrome. Everything it's ok in Firefox.

Done. Please check the last commit.
Now Chromiun/Safari/Webkit based browser looks the same as Firefox/Gecko based browser. I had to change some parts of the layout. Not tested on IE, maybe new bugs have appeared.

I'm still unable to move the bars to the right, I think there is a bug in Webkit based browser which ignores CSS "text-align: right". Nevertheless I reduced the space between the bars and corrected the round corners. Check the new version on the Subversion repository.
