If Trac site uses HTTPS, then Yahoo APIs should as well

Description

If Trac site is served over HTTPS, then you'll see the following dialog in IE8:

I haven't looked closely, but this is presumably because the Yahoo! APIs are served over HTTP.

See also #8017. This is a major issue because the Repository Statistics and Daily Backlog Statistics are not rendered on IE8, even when allowing mixed content when prompted.

One solution might be to install the Yahoo APIs locally and provide details on the project's wiki page about the issue.
