[Patch] Downloads should show up in search

Description
It would be great if there is a check box in the trac search to include Downloads (similar to the blog plugin or others). Should list all downloads whose file name or description match the search string.

Patch adds Download entries to search. Note: Also contains the code to allow users to modify existing downloads.
