Provide a out-of-the-box task to email user of sleeping assigned ticket

When user have assigned ticket they should work on them. Some people don't want to be bored with email on each ticket assignation but want the system to remind them of ticket they have to deal with

So the task should

• remind the user with assigned ticket he don't have accepted yet
• remind him of accepted ticket that he don't have put any comment on yet
• delay (in day) béfore a warning mail is sent must be a parameter
• ideally content/subject should be parameters
