ticker don't adjust waiting time correctly

Description

after all task are checked (and run if needed) the ticker adjust amount of second to wait until the next wake up. It always adjust to the next minutes.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Thierry Bressure.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
