Tickets can not be dropped into empty columns

Whenever I take the last ticket from a column and want to drop it back to the same place (ex: I did not take the right ticket or I changed my mind) it is impossible to drop it into its source column.

I got the same problem whenever I want to take a ticket from anywhere to drop it into a just emptied column.

I guess it would be the same problem with any empty column if they would appear at start (#7563).

Then, I get into #8297, whatever the drag n' drop action.
