I'll check this in into trunk branch ASAP, but will need some more time with the new Transifex client to push it to Transifex as well.

Very well, I've done some minor corrections, i.e. added you as the first translator and removed a great number of unneeded line breaks inside your translations. The wrapping will be NOT respected, even if you see them as artifacts of automatic msgid extraction, no matter how many you add.
OTOH you should take care for any whitespace like here:
msgid "" "You are required to change password because of a recent password change " "request. "
since there's no such thing like auto-fitting of concatenated strings with suitable whitespace etc.; I've changed that already too.

See https://lists.trac-hacks.org/pipermail/th-users/2011-June/000518.html for a call to complete as many translations for upcoming acct_mgr-0.3 release. Please drop me a note, if you think you could do it, but need little more time. I'd love to see Czech catching up, even if not among the top-5 right now.
