Add filter for ticket status

I think, it would be nice to be able to have the amount of open tickets displayed for each component, instead of the amount of all tickets per component.

The ability to filter tickets is already addressed by query strings or almost equivalent macro, something like this [[TicketQuery(status!=closed&component=ComponentToFilter, count)]] which could be used as a reference to full fill the components wiki field.

Another way, maybe, is via establishing a configuration line at 'trac.ini', like tickets-to-show-on-components-macro=status!=closed&component=ComponentToFilter. This way has the benefit of not requiring the administrator to manually configure each wiki field.

Also, without adding any configuration, neither adding manual macros into wiki field is showing groups of tickets like done at every milestone (down the title).
