Cannot grant group privilege to see all tickets

Description

Hi,

I am trying to make it so I can specify a group other than Admins, access to all tickets with the ability to close tickets and modify them.

I have tried adding the TICKET_ADMIN, but that doesn't work as well as remove the the TICKET_VIEW* privileges.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
