Description
It would be great if you could automagically convert the included file to follow the hierarchy.
An example to clearify:
- At header level3 (=== some header ===), you use the WikiInclude macro to include 'Hello'
- 'Hello' is a standalone document, so its first header is a level1 header (= included header =)
- To make the including document appear as it should, the level1 header should now be converted to a level4 header (==== included header ====), not another level1 header as it is now.
