Preview button is still not working in 1.1dev, but button Print works.

You can configure this by editing CKEditor's config.js, for sample configuration see config.js.sample.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain Itamar Oren.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
