#9398 closed enhancement (fixed)

Document how to make calendar pages relative to particular page

Reported by: Lucas Rangit MAGASWERAN Owned by: Steffen Hoffmann
Priority: normal Component: WikiCalendarMacro
Severity: trivial Keywords: documentation
Cc: Trac Release: 0.11

Description

I used to use the calendar on the WikiStart page then moved it to a different page. As a results, the links broke. To fix it I figured out it supported relative links as follows:

[[WikiCalendar(*,*,true,../WikiStart/%Y-%m-%d)]]

I would like to suggest that this be documented in the wiki.

Thanks for the great plugin!

Hey, this is a wiki, right? Still appreciating your reported experience.

Done in revision 46 of WikiCalendarMacro wiki page.

Of course @hasienda. Let's just say I wasn't 100% sure this was a feature and since I didn't verify it by reviewing the code I thought it best to go through you.

Thanks for making the edits for me. They look great.

Seems like this had been a false-positive report, because relative wiki path resolution has been added only recently in [10998]. Glad it's working at least from now on.
