Add license to macro

Description
This macro currently doesn't have a license associated with it. Would you be willing to add a license? Trac uses a BSD license, so that is preferred by many users, including myself, but it is up to you.
If you indicate a preference, I'd be happy to take care of adding the info to the source code for you.

@rjollos, sure, BSD is cool with me. i don't really care. but i do see how it is important for the rest of the community. if you really would be happy to take care of adding the info, please, be my guest. otherwise i'll add it in two weeks time - i'll be busy till then.
Thanks, I'll take care of it this weekend. It seems appropriate to use the same BSD 3-clause license that Trac uses: http://trac.edgewall.org/browser/trunk/COPYING.

Hi dthomas: I checked in the license file. Normally the developer's name goes next to the copyright, but I didn't know your full name. Let me know if you'd like me to add it.
