List all tickets mentioned in a ticket

Description

This plugin adds a list to the ticket box, where all tickets mentioned in a ticket are listed.

Similar plugins:

• This plugin only works on tickets. See PageTicketsMacro for listing tickets mentioned on a wikipage.
• This plugin only shows tickets mentioned on the current ticket. See tag:backlink for tickets linking to the current ticket.
