Multiple protocols to perform RPC calls

Description

This plugin adds support for RPC protocols and extensions not included in the XmlRpcPlugin.

You can check out TracRpcProtocolsPlugin from ​here using Mercurial, or ​browse the source using Sourceforge hgweb interface, unfortunately not yet with Trac.
