All reports need Billing to be set to Y

Description

AFAICS, all reports only show the tickets where Billing is set. As we'd like to use this plugin equally much for internal reporting, we need reports showing unbillable information.

Downloaded today's zip, using Trac 0.10.3

Please update to plugin version 0.3.6 (I dont think this has anything to do with your problem, but contains a security fix).

Couple questions, Feel free to reopen if neccessary

  1. Have you added any hours to a non-billable ticket (ticket with the billable checkbox not checked)?
  2. When you opened the report (on the Management Page) did you make sure that you checked the not billable checkbox before clicking the link?

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
