I'd like to request to adopt the PeerReviewPlugin if the maintainer no longer wishes to maintain it. I see the plugin is tagged needsadoption .

For that matter though, I'm not sure if I'll have time to work on it soon, which is why I've held off adopting it so far. I have some uncommitted work that I'll push now.

I've been doing work on it over the past few months with the same end in mind.
I've noticed , yes :)
Would you be interested in co-maintainership?
That's up to you to decide . There's no special reason for not accepting your contributions as well in case you are interested in improving it , or even add yourself later to maintainers list ...
Do you think you'll be able to do work on the plugin in the near future? This plugin has been passed down through several maintainers without any significant contributions from any of them.
... nonetheless I'll be working on it early on Jan 2013 . I'll also contact you so as to grant some more committers with WRITE access .

I'll take on just the role of contributor and let you have the lead on maintaining it. I appreciate that you're willing to let me continue to commit against the plugin. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you see anything in my commits that could be done better.

You have write access now.

Thanks. Review on my commits is certainly welcome. I have a big stack of patches locally that I started reviewing the other evening. I'll need a few more hours to go through these, but will try to get them all committed by early next week.
The plugin is pretty broken in recent versions of Trac. The stack of patches I have fixes the majors issues, and gets us off the ground again so the plugin is functional. There are a large number of more subtle issues to deal with still though. I've accepted the 4 tickets that I intend to resolve, and will probably open a few more tickets by the time I have committed all of my patches.
