#11966 new enhancement

Clean up the Wiki page

Reported by: Martin Schulze <spam.martin.schulze@…> Owned by: Kamil Kisiel
Priority: normal Component: TracMathJaxPlugin
Severity: normal Keywords:
Cc: Mitar Trac Release:

Description

The wiki for this plugin is a bit confusing (for example http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/11960#comment:3).

Just have a look at the Content links:

The problem is that the alternative Implementation duplicates many of the needed entries but is only mentioned later on.

I see two options:

  • create an own page for the alternative implementation
  • interleave the contents

An example of the latter:

Bugs/Feature Requests

Replying to Martin Schulze <spam.martin.schulze@…>:

I see two options:

  • create an own page for the alternative implementation
  • interleave the contents

Additionally, the best option for the community would be to have both efforts combined on a single plugin.

Yes I was definitely thinking about the latter today, technically there's no reason the plugin shouldn't be able to enable / disable the two different syntaxes via configuration instead of having two separate codebases.
